Elaine Elliott Crawford of Mesa, AZ passed away on August 30, 2020. She was born in Iowa to Henry W and Grace (Kennedy) Elliott on August 4, 1925. She and her husband, Ried, settled in Mesa in 1992. Elaine was a member of Church of the Master Presbyterian Church in Mesa where she spent many hours volunteering for the Christian Assistance Network (CAN) and other activities. She is well known for riding on the back of a motorcycle down the aisle of the church to, in her words, “get your attention” to ask for donations to the Thanksgiving food drive. She was 75 years old at the time! Elaine is survived by her daughter, Jo Beth, and son, Kevin, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ried, and her daughter, Coralie. We will miss her quick wit, sense of humor, her love and kindness. No services are planned at this time. All donations can be made to the CAN program at the Church of the Master, 6659 E. University Drive, Mesa, AZ. 85205.
