Obituary of Laura Criswell Tarbell
Laura Criswell Tarbell passed away December 19, 2020 in Elderwood at Lockport. Born February 10, 1930 in Lockport she was the daughter of Albert and Harriet (Wienke) Criswell. Laura was a Special Education teacher working in the Buffalo School District, retiring in 2002 and was a member of the NYS Retired Teachers Association, the Buffalo Teachers Federation, and belonged to the Alumni Association of Buffalo State of which she was a life member.

Laura is survived by her two sons Mark R. Tarbell and Keith E. Tarbell; four grandchildren; she was the sister of Edward (Patricia) Criswell, Ann (late James) Hart, Marilyn (Jerrold) Johnson, and late Molly (late Delos) Benedict, Carol (late Herbert) Drachenberg, Robert J. Criswell, and Albert (late Betty) Criswell; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials to the SPCA would be appreciated by the family. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
