Mark Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
There will be no visitation due to the virus.
She is preceded in death by her husband, C. L. Allen Sr.; the father of children, Billy Jack Bell; parents, Edward Frank Robinson and Lorene Wright Robinson.
Wanda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mylinda and David Smith of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Lendol and Donna Bell of Lisbon, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, C. L. Jr. and Rhonda Allen of Eudora, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Dwayne Smith and his wife Penny, John Smith and his wife Caprice, Eddie Bell and his wife Tiffany, Patricia Bell, Justin Allen, Lauren Allen, Ty Allen; six great-grandchildren, Bailey Smith, Cassidy Smith, Nicolas Smith, Marissa Smith, Cole Smith, Erin Bell.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Smith, John Smith, Edward Bell, Justin Allen, Ty Allen, Nicolas Smith, Cole Smith.
