Daughter of Robert Houston and Hazel Reaves Rogers, wife of Jackie Frazier Cooper.

MULLINS - Mrs. Elizabeth Rogers Cooper, 70, wife of Jackie Frazier Cooper, went to be with her Lord and Savior, while surrounded by her loving family on the morning of Friday, December 18, 2020 after an extended illness.

Mrs. Cooper, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister was born on March 9, 1950 in Marion County, a daughter of the late Houston Rogers and late Hazel Reaves Rogers. After high school, Elizabeth went to school for nursing, where upon after earning her degree served in the nursing field for over 25 years. Mrs. Cooper was a member of Mullins First Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Cooper in addition to her husband of the home, Jackie Frazier Cooper, are a son, Jody Frazier (Jennifer) Cooper of Hartsville; a daughter, Angela Lynn Cooper (Kevin Hargrove) of Mullins; four brothers, Thomas Rogers, Johnny Rogers, Robert “Happy” Rogers, Jr. and Raymond Rogers, all of Mullins; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

A graveside service for Mrs. Cooper will be held Sunday afternoon, December 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Center United Methodist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Robbie Baxley officiating. Due to the situation at hand, please wear a mask and practice social distancing while at the cemetery and visiting the family following the funeral.
