Lawrence "Larry" Parker, 82, passed away Thursday December 18, 2020 at Baptist Health-Floyd Hospital in New Albany. He was born in Tell City, IN on January14, 1938, the son of the late Luke and Cordelia (Feix) Parker.

He married Donna Bruggeman on May 27, 1961. He was a retired U.S. Navy Veteran and retired from Crane Valve Co.

He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and most of all his grandchildren. He was a member of the American Legion Milltown Post.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of Corydon, IN, children, Dennis (Elke) Parker and Daniel (Donna) Parker both of Tell City, Victoria (David) Parker-James of Georgetown, IN; siblings, Robert Parker and Joyce Richards of Tell City, Lolyce Griese of Dale, IN ; grandchildren, Hans Parker, Alex Parker, Mary Parker, Nick Parker, Michael James and Ella James.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles and Ralph Parker.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00pm Monday December 21, 2020 at St. Mark Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mark Catholic Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Sunday December 20, 2020 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and Monday from12:00 noon to 1:15pm.
