BELLINGHAM, MA- Norma M. (Cook) Renaud, 68, lifelong resident of Bellingham, MA, died September 23, 2007, with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer, in Milford Regional Medical Center. Beloved wife of 48 years of Richard W. Renaud, Sr.
Born in Bellingham, MA on June 27, 1939, daughter of the late Harold and Inga (Totland) Cook.
Mrs. Renaud was an Administrative Assistant at Commonwealth Management of Norwood, MA for 5 years retiring in 2007 due to illness and formerly worked for 18 years at Wrentham State School and prior she worked for 10 years for her family business, Cooks Lumber Co.
She enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas, Indian Bingo, the ocean in Newport and spending time with her family. Mr. & Mrs. Renaud were married August 8, 1959.
Loving Mother of Richard W. Renaud, Jr. and his wife Laura of Bellingham MA, Scott E. Renaud and his wife Lori of Worcester, MA. Joanne I. Lacouture and her husband John of Pascoag, RI, and the late Jody A. Renaud deceased 1985. 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. Sister of Clarence Cook of Smithfield, RI. Harold Cook of Fishers Island, NY, Mildred Breault of AZ, Linda Kornicki of NC and the late John Cook.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday 11:00 AM in CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Route 126) Bellingham, MA. Interment in Oakhill Cemetery, Woonsocket, RI. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-8PM. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
