Born: June 6th, 1920 in Indiana, to Henry and Ola Jacobs.
Graduated from La Fontaine High School 1938. Graduated from Business School (Bookkeeper). Came to Arizona 1959 to work as a Bookkeeper for GE, which became Honeywell. Virginia retired 04/30/76 for a total of 17 years. Virginia was spotted by John W. Campbell, Sr. at a dance at Mike's Barn, in Phoenix and they dated and went to Show Low, Az. to meet Uncle Jake and family which they ended up in Catron, New Mexico to get married 11/27/64. And they were happily married 40 Years together and Virginia made "Life" wonderful for them and everyone she came in contact with or met and got to know in her whole life. Virginia was a dedicated member of the Victory Lutheran church and loved and enjoyed her fellow members, Pastor Anderson, who came to Virginia's Home for communion when she was unable to travel to church and Virginia even had a plaque put on their wall with Dad's name on it at the Church. Virginia dedicated her Life to my father for 40 Years and for his last 7 years, took him to dialysis until he passed away 09/30/2004. And she has been dedicated continuously to our family and friends all of these remaining 16 years of her life. She was a loving, caring and giving woman, sister, aunt, friend, mother, grandmother, great grandmother to all.
