John Anthony "Johnny" Sanchez, 44 of Bay City, TX passed away from his earthly journey into eternal glory on Saturday December 22nd, 2019 surrounded by his family.

Johnny was born February 19th, 1975 in Bay City, TX to the late Efrain & Rosario Sanchez

Johnny is survived by his sister Rosa and brother in law Jose Forcado of Bay City, brother Albert Sanchez and wife Charlene of Houston, TX, Brother Efrain Sanchez Jr of Bay City, Brother Jesse Sanchez and wife Amy of Freeport, TX; Nieces and nephews Gina Solis, Jesus J Sanchez II, Linda Solis, Nicholas Sanchez, Briana Chavez & husband Daniel, Christian Sanchez, Victoria Sanchez, Isaiah Sanchez As well as great-nieces and nephews Hector Guevara, Noe Guevara, Elayna Cotero, Jessie Cortez, Daniel Chavez Jr, Eli Chavez, Dominic Ortiz.

Johnny was a member of Bay City Baptist Church where he had attended since a small child. He was employed with Bay City Recycling Center where he enjoyed making a positive impact in the community and was loved by everyone he interacted with.

Visitation will be at 1 PM followed by funeral services at 2 PM on Friday December 27th, 2019 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City, TX with Pastor Lee Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck, TX. Pallbearers will be Jesse Sanchez, Jesus J Sanchez II, Nicholas Sanchez, Christian Sanchez, Jose Forcado, Daniel Chavez.

The family would like to express their gratitude for your words of consolation, telephone calls, visits, and most of all your fervent prayers.

Johnny was a caring, funny, and charismatic person; in continuance of his death, he gave the gift of organ, eye, and tissue donation.
