Mrs. Campbell had lived in Charleston for 74 years. She came here with her parents when she was nine years old. She was born in Virginia.
She was a member of the First Baptist church. She was a charter of the Live-Wire club and was a member of the Community club.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Chandler of Charleston, and Mrs. Inez Cyrus of Charleston; two sons, Frank Campbell of Charleston and Donald Campbell of Cleveland, O.; five grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
The body is at Preston mortuary.
