He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Wendolyn Adolph Fitzgerald and his children; Steve (late Brandy), John (Mandy) and Brian S. (Angela) Fitzgerald. He will be forever missed by his grandchildren; Bret, Alli, Elway, Brady, Parker, Carter, Andy and Carson Fitzgerald.
Larry was reunited with those who preceded him in death, including his parents John and Myrtle Fitzgerald, Sr., his brother John Fitzgerald, Jr. and his sister Vergie Buras Christensen.
He is also survived by his siblings Robert (Walli) Fitzgerald, Ann (Cecil) Carter, Danny (Jeannie) Fitzgerald, Kim (Keith) Smith, and Sandy Fitzgerald.
Larry was a hard worker and loved spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoyed cutting his grass and traveling with his family. He served two tours in Vietnam, and worked for Hassie Hunt in Dixon Bay for 20 years. Larry was currently employed by Quality Process Services in Lake Washington.
Immediate family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 9am until funeral service time at 11am. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks are required to enter. A private burial will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2618 MS-43 in Picayune, Mississippi at 1:30pm.
