Oldenburg, LeRoy "Ole", 78, retired production control manager at Grede Foundries, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 9, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16, 2007 at Resthaven Mortuary. Survivors are wife Marlene, the love of his life for 52 yrs; son Rory of Wichita; daughter Vicki (Rick) Shepherd of Wichita; brothers, Roland (Alicia) Lomblot of Harlinger, TX, Norman (Florence) Oldenburg of Madison, Wisc, Norbert (Ginny) Oldenburg of Madison, Wisc; sister, Lucille Brownrigg of Waukesha, Wisc; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Steven Oldenburg. Plus numerous other family and dear friends. A memorial has been established with American Cancer Society.
