Judy Gail Long – age 65, of Knoxville, born December 16, 1955, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She got her wish to go to her heavenly home on her birthday.

She was a member of Marbledale Baptist Church and attended Heartsway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, O. A. and Ada Long; brother, Buddy Long; brothers-in-law, Albert Jenkins, Fred Chorn,
and David Steele. Judy loved her family, always making each Christmas special for her “children.”

Survivors: sisters, Carolyn Chorn, Barbara Jenkins, Peggy (Perry) Price, and Marilyn Steele; nieces and nephews, Michael (Lois) Jenkins, Lee (Tawanna)
Chorn, Michelle Travis, Freida (Jimmy) Torbett, James (Jerry) Price, Marc (Kim) Price, Stephanie (Bill) Tabit, Kendall (Carole) Price, Brandon (Sarah) Price, Bryan (Tina) Price, and several great-nieces and great-nephews; special great-great-nephew, Connor Torrence.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at North Broadway. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Mike Torrence officiating. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing will be required.

The family and friends will meet 12:45 p.m. Sunday at Highland Memorial Park for a graveside service and entombment at 1:00 p.m.
