Funeral services for Amber Nycolee Simpson, age 40 of Cookeville will be at 3 p.m. Sunday December 20 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Lacy will officiate.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 p.m until time of services.
Amber passed away Tuesday December 15, 2020 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
She was born January 13, 1980 in Cookeville, TN.
Amber attended Harris Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
Amber's family includes her daughter, Alyssa Simpson of Sevierville; mother and step-father, Melissa and Tommy Ray of Livingston; father, Tony Wright of Cookeville; maternal grandparents, Roy and Martha Hunter; aunts, Beth (Danny) Powers, Cindy Hallums, Loretta (Tod) Williams, Chrissy (David) Williams; uncle Jeff Sparkman and Buddy Hallums; and cousins, Jenny Hallums, Zach, Lindsey, and Bailey Sparkman, Memphis and Jessica Williams.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Jean Hunter; paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Jim Bouton; maternal great-grandparents. Clint and Willie Belle Snell.
