Mr. Robert Allen "Bobby" Hopkins , age 60, of Hanover, Indiana entered this life on May 20, 1960 in Carrollton, Kentucky. He was the loving son of the late B.F. and Cathleen McClure Hopkins. He attended the Madison Consolidated High School and resided in Jefferson county most all of his life. He was blessed to raise a son Cory and a step daughter, Heidi. He had worked early in life for the U.S. Shoe Factory and then for 22 years at M & M in Madison. Bobby was of the Christian faith and loved his cat, Tigger. He enjoyed trucks, watching wrestling, going to Belterra and being with his grandchildren. Bobby died on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at 9:43 p.m. at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

Bobby will be missed by his loving son, Cory M. Hopkins and his companion, Brandy Phillips of Madison, Indiana; his step daughter, Heidi Stancil and her companion, Brandon Williams of Cooksville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Haven Hopkins, Nylah Hokins, and Jesse Sellers; his brother in law, Steve Bentz of Madison, Indiana; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, B.F. Hopkins, his mother, Cathleen McClure Hopkins, his sisters, Bonnie Wilson, Joyce Miller, Lana Carol Dunn, and Pamela K. Bentz, and his daughter, Chasity Lynn Hokins.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., by Pastor Scott Kollman at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre - Hanover Chapel, 278 East Main Street in Hanover, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Springdale Cemetery,600 West Fifth Street in downtown Madison, Indiana.
