Roosevelt was known nation wide for his special brand of BBQ Pork. He was featured in several publications and television spots as well as being visited by many famous people. He also helped many in the community when they needed it. Scott's BBQ was a landmark frequented by many . He always made you feel welcome and at home. He will be missed by everyone that ever met him, but I guess some good BBQ was needed in Heaven !
