Keisha was born June 3, 1971, in Shreveport, La to Bobby Earl and Ann Simms Smith and passed from this life on December 15, 2020 in Longview, Tx.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Anna Smith; daughters, Hayley Snelson (Chris) and Hannah Rowe; grandchildren, Case Snelson and Emmy Snelson.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Earl Smith; brother, Tory Smith; and by her grandparents.
