JOHNNY'S OBITUARY
Johnny Logan Mitchell, 45, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at his residence. Born January 14, 1975 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of Harold Logan Mitchell of Lawrenceburg and Joyce Ann Cox of Harrodsburg. He enjoyed fishing, watching UK Sports, and building things.
Survivors other than his parents include his maternal grandmother Betty J. Carpenter of Harrodsburg; three sons: Caleb Mitchell and Jacob Mitchell both of Harrodsburg and Jesse Mitchell of Delaware. One daughter Destiny Mitchell of Harrodsburg; one sister Christy (William) Pelley, one nephew Dakota Pelley and one uncle Kenneth Cox all of Harrodsburg also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 noon Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Greg Collier officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery with William Pelley, Dakota Pelley, Robert Miller, Marty Abrams, Tim McCarty, and Kevin Parker serving as pallbearers. Jason Abrams will serve as honorary pallbearer.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2020 and after 7:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00 noon Saturday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.
