Barbara Jean Parker Phillips, age 68, went to be with the Lord on December 15, 2020 after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Sevier County and graduated from Gatlinburg-Pittman High School in 1971. She was of the Baptist faith and attended First Baptist Church of Pigeon Forge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Phillips; mother, Mildred Clabo Parker; father, James H. Parker; brother, Mark Parker; and sister, Jennifer Moss.
She is survived by her children, Amanda Oliver, Caycie Phillips Brown (Billy), and Jesse Jeremiah “J.J.” Phillips (Carrie); grandchildren, Brandon Oliver, Gabriel, Caleb (Cailey), and Katherine Spears, and Meghan and Ashland Brown; special sister, Peggy Barnett (Tony); brother, Jimmy Parker; uncles, Fred Clabo (Grace), and Jim Clabo; several nieces, nephews and cousins; very special uncle and aunt, Paul and Judy Clabo, and cousins, Janet, Terry, and Karen.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge 3290 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863
Family will gather 1 PM Monday at Valley View Cemetery for graveside service and interment with Rev. Alan McCarter officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.atchleyfuenralhome.com
