Nancy Agness McCampbell Harper was a daughter of Robert McCampbell and Eleanor Weir. She married Hugh Harper (1783-1864) on 19 Nov 1807 in Rockbridge County, Virginia. They were the parents of ten children. Hugh survived her by nearly two decades, and died while residing in Greene County, Ohio, on 31 May 1864. He is buried in the Caesar's Creek Cemetery, Greene County, Ohio.
