Born in Hartshorne, he was the son of Andrew Jackson and Sarah Marie (Hogue) Thomason. He lived in Hartshorne many years and Wilburton for the past six years. He did carpentry and remodeling work in the Hartshorne and McAlester area and enjoyed working on cars. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing and looked forward to taking his grandchild fishing. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. A resident of Wet Prairie, formerly of Hartshorne, he passed away at his home at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Kevin Lee Thomason; his halfbrothers, Bob and Floyd Thomason and his halfsisters, Ruby Livingston and Josephine Conaway.
