Marian Gertrude (Ackley) Comfort was the daughter of Alfred and Margaret (Lacey) Ackley. She was the 2nd wife of Rev. George R. Comfort. They were married in Lanesboro, Pennsylvania in 1889. Rev. Comfort was a minister in the Wyoming Conference and Montana Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
