Well regarded cinematographer of the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. Photographed the 1952 film-noir feature "Beware, My Lovely." He was nominated for an Emmy award in 1957 for his cinematography on the Four Star Playhouse episode "Tunnel of Fear."
