MANCHESTER Linda Jean (Baublitz) Grim, 69, died at 8:48 a.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012, at York Hospital. She was the wife of James R. Grim, with whom she celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on November 11, 2012.

A service to celebrate Linda's life will be 5:30 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2012, at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 1551 Kenneth Road, York, with The Rev. Steven M. Livermore, pastor of Pleasureville United Methodist Church, officiating. A visitation will be from 3:30 to 5:30 Monday at the chapel and immediately following the service.

Born in York, on May 21, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Clayton Henry and Anna Mae (Keller) Baublitz. Linda was a 1961 graduate of York Suburban High School. She began working in the Laundry Department of York Hospital in 1965 as a secretary and was promoted to Supervisor in 1971. In 1978 she transferred to the Emergency Department as a Unit Secretary and maintained that position until retiring in 1986, after 20 years of service.

In 1988 she and her husband, Jim, purchased York Divers, a PADI training and full-service Scuba Diving facility, located in the rear of the Colonial Shopping Center, S.
