Obituary In loving memory of Deborah Ann Childs Sunrise: August 30, 1945 Sunset: December 10, 2020 Quietly and peacefully in the early afternoon hours at 12:30 PM on Thursday, December 10, 2020, Deborah Ann Childs departed this mortal life. Deborah was born to the late Bernard and Edna Cowdery on August 30, 1945. Deborah was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She served under the Catholic religion. She worked for her stepfather, Bobby, as a barmaid and she also worked in a cleaners. Deborah was united in Holy Matrimony to Raymond Edward Childs, Sr. Later she met and fell in love with Lurther Farrow who preceded her in death, whom she loved dearly. Deborah enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed shopping and family cookouts. Deborah loved to laugh and joke around. It was never a dull moment with Deborah. She especially enjoyed spending a quantity of time with her grandson and son.
She leaves to cherish her memory her only son, her daughter-in-law, her grandson, her sisters, her nieces, her great-nieces, her great-great-niece, her nephews, and her great-nephew.
