Melvin Noraconk

Melvin Robert "Norry" Noraconk, 71, died at home in Buellton Aug. 20, 1996. He was born June 20, 1925 in Milton, Pennsylvania.
Funeral service were held at the Dale Ranck Funeral Home in Milton. Burial was in Harmony Cemetery, also in Milton.
Formerly of Lompoc, he retired to the area from Milton, where he was a millwright for ACF Industries, a steel mill in Milton, for 43 years.
He served in WWII in the US Navy in the Pacific Theatre of operations. He also was a member of the Elks, American Legion, VFW and Moose lodge.
Survivors included his daughter Elaine Drick of Lompoc and brother Donald Noraconk of Milton. He was predeceased by his wife Helena Fetterolf Noraconk in 1988.

BUELLTON, California. Melvin R. Noraconk, 71, of 337 W. Highway 246, formerly of Milton, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, August 20, 1996, at his home.
He was born June 20, 1925, a son of the late Elwood and Nellie (Cornelius) Noraconk. He was married to the former Helena Fetteroff, who died in 1988.
Mr. Noraconk was a 1943 graduate of Milton Area High School. He served in the Pacific Theatre in the Navy during World War II.
Mr. Noraconk was employed as a millwright by American Car and Foundry, Milton, Pennsylvania, for 43 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Milton, Pennsylvania. He was a -member of the Elks, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Moose.
Surviving were one daughter, Elaine Drick of Lompoc, and one sister-ip-law, Emeline Mertz of Milton, Pennsylvania.
His funeral was conducted at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, Milton, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend LeRoy E.P. Reitz.
Burial was in Harmony Cemetery, Milton.
