Sarah Elmina Deal was born Sept. 30, 1845 and died Dec. 18, 1884. She was married to William Howard Thweatt who was born Sept. 13, 1840 and died Dec. 29, 1929. Their children were: William Oscar b. Sept. 5, 1867 m. to Clara Lillian Caskey... The second child of Sarah was Fannie Irene, then Cora Eugene b. 10 May 1872 and married to T. F. Burton; Ada Peter b. Feb. 7, 1875 and m. to _arl H. Linderman; Howard Owen b. Feb. 14, 1877 and m. to Elvira E. Tyson.
Sarah and her husband William Howard Thweat both buried at New Hope Cemetery. Wm. Howard Thweatt was a soldier in the Civil War.
