Mary Ellen Ryan Sellers, 69, passed away on, Thursday, September 24, 2020, in her home in Harrisburg.

She was born on December 30, 1950 to Lorraine M. Winters and John H. Winters in Easton.

Mary built a vibrant circle of friends, neighbors, and loved ones in downtown Harrisburg.

She enjoyed a long career at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Labor and Industry.

Mary was known for her wonderful, irreverent sense of humor, her great taste and adventurous style, and her consideration for the people she loved.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: John J. Sellers.

Mary is survived by many chosen family and friends: her brother: U.S. Marine Corps Brigadier General Kevin H. Winters (Retired) and his wife Rebecca; her niece: Amy Winters Mast; her nephew: Aaron K. Winters; her five great-nieces and great-nephews; her cousins; and, her beloved dog: Elvis.

Services will be private.
