A graveside service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, December 19, 2020 at El Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Fort Lawn, SC.
Born in Fort Lawn SC, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, C. Ray Williams; son, Charles R. Williams, Jr.; parents, Carl B. Turner and Clara Roddey Turner; and brother, Frances "Boot" Turner.
Survivors include her daughter, Sherree Montgomery (Calvin); sister, Ann T. Neely; grandchildren, Shawn Montgomery (Kacie), Shannon Varnadore (Steve), Suzanne Whisenant (Josh) and 8 great-grandchildren.
