Mr. Wells, 92, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, December 12 at his home.
He was a native of Noxapater and longtime resident of Philadelphia and was the owner/operator of Wells Cabinet Works. Mr. Wells was a member of First United Methodist Church of Philadelphia and was active in the Habitat for Humanity project.
Survivors include
his wife of 70 years, Sue Wells;
daughter, Debbie W. McCoy;
sons, Tommy Glenn Wells and Keith Wells all of Philadelphia;
grandchildren, Amanda Arriaga, Wes Wells, Amy and Cory McCoy;
great-grandchildren, Charlie, Anna Katherine and Henry Logan Wells, Sofia Arriaga, Cullen McCoy and Margaret McCoy Hayes;
sisters, Beth Clayton of Noxapater, Faith Estes of Louisville, Ruth Harrala of Mobile and Linda Harper of Springfield, Missouri;
brother, Larry Wells of Noxapater;
Numerous nieces, nephews and their families;
and Marilyn Davis who lovingly cared for him this last year.
Mr. Wells was preceded in death by
his parents, Henry and Margaret Wells;
sister, Ann Yarbrough.
