Louise loved to roller skate at the S & M Skating Rink with her sisters and brother and then later with her family. Louise loved to play softball; you would usually find her playing catcher. She played church ball for many years and was later a coach for the young women of her ward. Louise loved to go camping and playing horseshoes with her family.

Louise graduated from Cyprus High School in 1956. She held many callings in the Church, from Relief Society Historian to the Ward Librarian, where she served with Paul for many years.
