Rudy Reyes Sánchez, age 73 of San Angelo, gained his wings on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 11:02 pm.
A prayer service will be held at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 6pm and the funeral will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 1pm.
He was born on June 19, 1947 to Donato Sr. Sanchez and Maria Sánchez. Rudy worked for Zenthners Daughter for more than 47 years. He worked and supported his family all his life. Most of all he was a man of great faith. He believed God always had the last word. He loved his wife, his children and all his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren with all his heart.
Rudy is survived by his wife Emma Sánchez of 47 years; by three children Lorene Galvan and husband Raul Galvan III, Arlene Pena and husband Martin Pena, and Charles Sánchez and wife Stephanie Sánchez; by his grandchildren: Jonathan, Crystal, Ashley, Alicia, Martin Brandan, Amanda, Abigail, Raul IV, Samuel, and Chloe; and 14 Great- Grandchildren, Aaron, Easiah, Annalyssa, Aadan, Leon, Arianna, Alectra, Ariana Jay, Jace, Joshua, Aiden, Austin, Jacob, and Alpha; by his brothers Richard, Israel, Ignacio, Donato Jr., Mitch and their wives and children. He was preceded by his brother David and his sister Maria.
