Debra Sue "Debby" (Winters) Morris, 65, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 11, 2020 at her home. Debby was born in Lancaster, Kentucky on November 13, 1955 to Charles Robert Winters and Ruby Marcum.

She graduated from Henry Clay High School in Lexington, Kentucky. Debby worked for many years at USI and most recently worked at the Vanderburgh County Jail. She loved to fish, camp, care for her houseplants and most of all spend time with her family and dogs. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Debby is survived by her husband of 37 years, David Morris of Evansville, IN; daughters, Angie Roth (Shawn) of Newburgh, IN, Joy May (Jeff) of Newburgh, IN and Chryssie Marsh (Allen) of Evansville, IN; son, David Morris of Evansville, IN; sister, Cathy Gibbs; brothers, Wes Miller, Bobby Seivers and Allen Winters; grandchildren, Susan and Stephanie Downs, Abby and Zack May, Cody and Ella Marsh and Haley and Nate Morris; mother-in-law, Helen Morris; and by many nieces and nephews.

Debby was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, Terry Seivers.

Private services will be live-streamed at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at www.browningfuneral.com. Burial will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery. Published in Courier Press from Dec. 12 to Dec. 13, 2020.
