French, Betty Jean, passed away, Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at the age of 89.
Servant of God, lover of dogs, and dear friend of many. Graduate of Normandy High School in 1949 and St. Luke's School of Nursing in 1952. In 1956, Betty was appointed Director of Nursing at Shriners Hospital and eventually became Hospital Administrator. In 1960, she became office manager and R.N. for Dr. James Wood, continuing for thirty-five years, retiring in 1995. Betty was a member of Hamilton Christian Church for thirty-five years and recently became a member of Dayspring Baptist Church.
Services: Graveside service at Bellerive Gardens will be held privately. If desired, contributions may be made to Dayspring Baptist Church, 1001 Municipal Center Drive, Saint Louis. MO 63131. A service of the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory.
