Gary Preston Fields, 76, succumbed to cruel COVID-19 on December 6, 2020. Gary was born on July 30, 1944 to John and Peg Fields in Minneapolis, MN. Following his dad's transfer to Phoenix, Gary graduated from Washington High '62. etired from Allied-Signal (Honeywell) as a computer graphic technician. Gary had varied interests and earned his Life Master in Contract Bridge, was a co-founder of Arizona Macintogh Users Group, member and officer of Arizona Knife Collectors Association. Gary enjoyed travels through Canada, Europe and 45/50 USA. Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Ginny, and his in-laws; Patty Madden and Bob and Dick Shaffer as well as 6 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews as well as extended family. Per Gary's wish and the current situation, a private Graveside Service will be at The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 10:30 AM.
