Lillie Ruth Williams daughter of the late S.L. Williams and Lillie Mae Williams on March 13, 1949 in Mart, Texas.

At an early age, she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined St. Mary Baptist Church.

She attended Anderson High School and graduated in 1967.

She later attended T.S.T.I. and received a clerical certificate. She began to work several jobs in Waco, Texas.

She later moved to Houston, Texas with her lifelong partner, Mark Bell. In 1978, she attended Barbara Jordan College receiving her license in Cosmetology.

Later, she moved back to Mart, Texas where she attended St. Mary Baptist Church and served in the Choir, Usher and Mission I as Treasurer and decorating committee. She was a member of the Heroines of Jericho.

She quietly departed this life on Friday, December 4, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillie Mae Williams; father, S.L. Williams; husband, Mark Bell; daughter, Ebony Harris and sister, Ethel Miller.

She leaves to cherish three sons, Jordan Williams, Anthony Martin and Isiah Martin; a niece she raised as her own, Rosie Williams; 20 grandchildren; brothers, Alford Williams Sr. of Houston, Texas; Johnny Williams of Houston, Texas; Lonnie Williams (Rosalyn) of Killeen, Texas, Roy Williams, O.D. Williams (Sonya) and Willie Williams (Lyndora) all of Waco, Texas and S.L. Williams Jr. of Mart, Texas; sisters, Morline Williams, Betty Odie, Theresa Freeman (Rodney) all of Mart, Texas and Shirley Ann Morgan of Waco, Texas; devoted son, Eugene Bell and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
