April Dawn Kelly age 31 of Isonville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 09, 2020 at her residence.
Ms. Kelly was born April 05, 1989 in Rowan County, Kentucky a daughter of Patricia Kelly and the late Billy Vernon Wagoner.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by one brother; Adam Kelly.
April had been employed as a C.N.A. at Elliott Nursing & Rehab, Rocky Adkins Library, and Northeast. She enjoyed spending time with her children and family.
In addition to her mother she is survived by one daughter; Jennifer Line, one son; Jason Liam Moore both of Isonville, Kentucky. Brothers; James Paul Wagoner of Morehead, Kentucky, Charles Kelly of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, and Chris Wagoner of Troy, Ohio. Sisters; Barbara Hamilton of Isonville, Kentucky, Wilma Baltes of Troy, Ohio and Janice Dent of Ohio. Maternal grandmother; Phyllis Kellin Kelly of Isonville, Kentucky along with a host of extended family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
A Private Graveside service will be held at the Kelly Cemetery at Isonville, Kentucky Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Mike Gilliam officiating. Covid19 guidelines set forth by the state.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
