Anthony Garlon Andrews, lovingly known as Tony, passed away Thursday, November 10th, 2016 at his home in Stone Mountain, GA. He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Max Andrews and his brother, Joseph Wayne Andrews. Surviving are his son, Anthony Paul Andrews of Miami Lakes, Florida; mother, Doris Jean Reddy; sisters, Robin Worthy of McDonough and Kathie Harrison of Tucker. Funeral services will be held at Henry Funeral Home, 6833 Church Street, Lithonia, GA 30058, on Tuesday November 15th, 2016 at 2 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made in Tony's name to contribute to his services. All remaining funds will be donated to Semper Fi.

Tony was a man of passion. He was passionate about his family, passionate about his friends, and passionate about life. He enjoyed music, politics, and philosophy. His greatest joy was spending time with family, especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas. He was a life-long Braves fan. Those close to him enjoyed a level of unconditional love, affection, and selflessness that made you feel like a shining star, like the most important person in the world, like you could do no wrong and that your potential was limitless. That gift will stay with us forever. He is dearly missed and will always be remembered.
