Jerry David Spencer departed this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at the age of 68 years, 5 months, and 9 days. He was born in Savannah, Tennessee on June 30, 1952, the son of the late Willie K. and Mazie Irene Horton Spencer. On February 25, 1984, he was united in marriage to Sandra Moore, who survives.

Jerry had lived in the Savannah and Adamsville, Tennessee area all his life. He loved to garden, do mechanic work, woodworking, collecting coins, and building things for his grandkids. Jerry was a member of River Heights Four Square Church.

In addition to his wife, Sandra Spencer of Adamsville, Tennessee, Jerry is survived by his children, Chris Spencer and his wife Mary, and Holly Jones and her husband Michael, all of Adamsville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jaxton Jones, Jasper Jones, and Brayden Spencer; brothers, Jimmy Spencer and Johnny Spencer and his wife Sue; brother-in-law, Jimmy Neill Bridges; special family friend, Neill Thompson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his sister, Janice Wilbanks and Becky Bridges, and a brother, Billy Spencer.
