Terry loved Christ and was a member of Solomon Grove Baptist Church where he was baptized at an early age. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and family and he also enjoyed a good game of spades and basketball. He worked the majority of his life in construction.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Kemp; brothers, Dewey Kemp and Shelby Kemp; and sister, Betty Kemp Macon.
Survivors: son, Christopher Kemp, Sr.; daughter, Tequila J. Toney; grandchildren; sisters, Della McGowan (Chancey), Onita Quarles, and Scottie Clemons all of Atlanta, GA; a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of life walk though visitation will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Veasley Funeral Home.
