Terry Lee Louis Kemp, 63, of Damascus, Arkansas transitioned from the earthly dwellings into the arms of the Lord on December 9, 2020. After a battle with cancer, our Heavenly Father saw fit to relieve his pain and provide him with heavenly rest. He was blessed to be surrounded by family and friends. He was born May 26, 1957 to Louis and Willie Mae Martin Kemp.
Terry loved Christ and was a member of Solomon Grove Baptist Church where he was baptized at an early age. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and family and he also enjoyed a good game of spades and basketball. He worked the majority of his life in construction.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Kemp; brothers, Dewey Kemp and Shelby Kemp; and sister, Betty Kemp Macon.
Survivors: son, Christopher Kemp, Sr.; daughter, Tequila J. Toney; grandchildren; sisters, Della McGowan (Chancey), Onita Quarles, and Scottie Clemons all of Atlanta, GA; a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of life walk though visitation will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Veasley Funeral Home.
