TAMPICO – Marjorie Lorraine Little, 83, of Tampico, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Rock River Hospice Home in Sterling.
Marjorie was born on September 3, 1937 in Sterling, the daughter of Gerald and Alberta (VanDusen) Purkapile. She married Noel Little on July 14, 1956 in Rock Falls. He predeceased her on July 30, 2004.
Marjorie was employed at Walmart in Rock Falls for 14 years. She attended Harvest Time Bible Church. Marjorie enjoyed bowling, pitching horse shoes, singing karaoke and line dancing.
Survivors include two daughters, Rose Miller and Debbra Little; three sons, Paul Little, John Little, and David (Lisa) Little; one sister, Janet Cain; five grandchildren, Irial Little, Cassandra Little, Elizabeth (Doug) Hughes, Nicolette Miller and Alana Little and four great-grandchildren, Collin, Audrey, Leo and Eli.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Noel; one brother, Richard Purkapile; son-in-law, Randy Miller and daughter-in-law, Mary Little.
A public visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at McDonald Funeral Home, 1002 12th Ave, Rock Falls. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating. Cremation rites will follow, with interment at Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
