The only daughter of Ralph Nelson Bacon and Betty Jane (Wilson) Bacon, Lisa was a schoolteacher at Riceville Elementary school for a number of years before her retirement. She was a member of Mars Hill Presbyterian Church and was a graduate of McMinn County High School and East Tennessee University.
Lisa is survived by her brother, David Lee (Donna) Bacon of Friendsville, her niece Alysia Bacon Caughron, of Pikeville, KY, her great-niece, Emma Grace Caughron, her nephew, Mark (Alisha) Bacon of Maryville, and great-nieces, Mylie Bacon and Lila Heatherly. Lisa, who was a lifelong dog lover of dogs and left behind a Shih-Tzu who was a faithful friend for her. She also has many cousins and aunts still surviving.
A graveside service will be conducted, 2:00, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in Riceville Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Ford King officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
