Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Erlene Bingham Van Weerd, was born on May 31, 1940 in Brigham City, Utah and died on August 3 2020 in Ogden, Utah.

She was the oldest of 13 children to Earl and Afton Bingham. She married Milford Van Weerd in April 1972 in the Ogden Temple. She lived a short time Ohio and the rest of her live in Utah. Erlene was a member of the Clearfield 18th Ward in which she served in many callings.

We would like to thank Mount Ogden Rehabilitation Center for there love and caring and great compassion they gave her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Robert Joseph Holben; her sisters Marilyn and Jeanett; her brothers Clark, Reese, Luke and her children Mary Van Weerd, Troy Holben, and Verl Van Weerd.

Erlene leaves behind her husband Milford Van Weerd; children John Van Weerd, Richard Summers, Robert Holben, Heidi Holben (Ross), Dean Van Weerd, Holly Holben (DeMasters), Arnold Van Weerd, Earl Van Weerd, Elisabeth Van Weerd, Joshua Van Weerd (the baby); and many grandchildren and great-children.

A viewing will be held from 9AM to 11AM at Premier Funeral Services at 5335 South 1950 West, Roy, Utah. Graveside services for the immediate family will be held at the Honeyville Cemetery.
