Nancy was born August 10, 1957 in Bladen County to the late Henry Alford Staton and Gladys Elizabeth Norris Staton. She is preceded in death by her husband; Harvey “Doug” Lockamy, two brothers; James W. Staton and David Staton.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 11, 2020 at Hall Cemetery, 2984 Wildcat Road, Harrells, NC.
Nancy leaves to cherish her memory one daughter; Christy Kinlaw of Elizabethtown, two sons; Douglas W. Lockamy (Amy) of Elizabethtown, Gary R. Lockamy (Tia) of Elizabethtown, two sisters; Mary Dallas and husband Clarence of Garland, Frances Lewis and husband David of Garland, three brothers; Joe Staton and wife Paulette of Garner, Milton Staton of Garland, Clarence Staton and wife Betty of Highpoint, 5 grandchildren; Samantha Kinlaw, Nathaniel Henthorne, Autumn Lockamy, Hunter Lockamy, Nautica Lloyd, 2 great-grandchildren; Luna McLamb and Kaydee McLamb.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 1:00-6:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
