YOUNGSTOWN, O., Sept. 10 - Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the King funeral home for Dr. Roland W. Riggs, 66, a retired physician who died yesterday of a heart attack.

A native of Brookfield, Pa., he came here after he received his degree from the University of Michigan School of Medicine. After completing his internship at South Side Hospital, he practiced here for 15 years. In 1930 he moved to Marietta and practiced 15 years before retiring.

He was a Mason and a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a lieutenant in the Army Medical Corps during World War I.

His widow, Evelyn, two sisters and two sons survive.
