Lois Mae Higgins, 81, Princeton, MO passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, MO.
She was born on December 12, 1938 in Trenton, Missouri the daughter of Chester and Mary Mildred (Barnett) Moore.
On October 25, 1959, she married Edwin Joe “Eddie” Higgins in Edinburg, MO. He preceded her in death on August 27, 1997.
Lois was a graduate of Trenton High School in 1958. She went to Banking College in 1958 and lived in Kansas City from 1959 to 1990. She was a member of the Modena Baptist Church and enjoyed knitting, and singing and playing piano in her spare time.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Betty Call and Joann Spradlin.
Lois is survived by her sons, Mark (Mary) Higgins, Princeton, MO and David (Wendy) Higgins, Belton, MO; six grandchildren, Jananolin, Sarah, Megan, Cassandra, Diane, and Allison and one great grandson, Reid David Beam.
