Graveside services for Dana Faye Guthrie, 36, Perry, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence.
Mrs. Guthrie died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 2, 1971, in Lawrence, the daughter of Don and Evelyn Youngman Pliler.
Mrs. Guthrie worked for Dr. Carnahan as a secretary and ran a day care in her home for four years.
She married Randy E. Guthrie on Feb. 9, 1990, in Lawrence. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Jackie M. Guthrie, Perry; her mother, Lawrence; a brother, Tim Pliler, Lawrence; two sisters, Donna Pliler, Montana, and Patricia Pliler, Lawrence; her grandparents, David and Mildred Ruff, Tonganoxie; and a grandson.
