Juanita Strange, 73, of Flora, IL, died at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 22, 1995, at the Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Frank & Bright Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Flora. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Strange was born May 6, 1922 in rural Claremont, the daughter of Clarence L. and Ada S. (Madden) Crites. She married Fred Strange June 24, 1950 in Olney.

She was a member of Eureka Church of Christ in rural Claremont, IL.

She is survived by her husband, of Flora, IL; one son, Darrell Strange and his wife, Sheila, of Clay City, IL; two daughters, Priscilla Gharst, of Springfield, IL, and Anita Allen, and her husband, Rocky, of Flora, IL; two brothers, Charles Crites, of Claremont, IL and Lee Crites, of Noble, IL; two sisters, Innes Crites, of Olney, IL and Josephine Harmon of Olney, IL; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
