Teresa Cook, 48 years of age, of Somerset, Kentucky, departed this life on Sunday, December 6th, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Teresa was born in Letcher County, Kentucky on February 5th, 1972, daughter of Lester Brown and Janet Hensley Brown. She loved to draw and write poems, but most of all she cherished spending time with her family.
Teresa was survived by her father, Lester Brown; her life partner, Robert Hallman; two sons, Adam Brown of Somerset, Kentucky and Tobi Spangler of Campbellsville, Kentucky; one daughter, Jami Spangler of Somerset, Kentucky; three brothers, Bobby Brow, Lester Brown, and Matthew Brown; two sisters, Carol Brown Parks and Melissa Brown; two granddaughters, Aurora Sears and Amelia Ferrell; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Brown; one brother, Leebo Brown; and one sister, Tracy Brown.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, private family services were held in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
