Family Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., and Public Viewing will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at Benevolent Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana.
Carlos was born on August 5, 1968 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest on December 5, 2020 in Minden, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Georgia Morris.
He survived by his father, David Lewis (Jerelene); mother, Ozel Baulkman; loving wife, Vicki Lewis; three daughters, Carlisa Lewis, Lakeshia Brooks-Lowe (Shontorian) of Alexandria, La., and Nicole Stanley; one grandson, Jaylen Green; three siblings, Ivory Lewis (Melba) of Haughton, La., Darren Lewis (Sharon) of Cullen, La., and LaTasha Harris (Shawn) of Little Elm, Tx.; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins. Also survived by a bonus son, Edwin Moncrief.
