He was stricken with apoplexy and died in Los Angeles, Cal. April 18. He was a member of the Woodmen and I.O.O.F. Mr. Badger was one of the trustees of the Odd Fellows when their new hall was built. He was buried in the I.O.O.F. cemetery in Los Angeles. He leaves one son, Frank, and two daughters, Mrs. Otis Brooks and Mrs. D.C. Brooks to mourn their loss.
